Ecoterra International Corporation and the Pure Beach Resort and Spa -Barbados; are elated to inform the General Public that on Wednesday, March 20,2011 the Chief Town Planner of the Barbados Town & Country Planning Office officially granted permission for development to Ecoterra International Corporation's application to develop the Pure Beach Resort & Spa Apartment Hotel Complex at Foul Bay, St. Phillip Parrish, Barbados, BWI.
Successful Application & Permission for Development
This permission for approval was then forwarded to the Barbados Prime Minister's Office to the attention of the Permanent Secretary of Special Assignments, who late on Friday, April 1 st, 2011 notified our Barbados Office of our successful application to develop the Foul Bay property.
This permission for development was accompanied by relevant recommendations from the Town & Country Planning Office, to which our architect Mr. Albert Best of Archis Design Group has replied and addressed as being" .. .favourable and standard and in keeping with what were previously requested by the various statutory boards."
Official Ground Breaking
The official Ground Breaking date has yet to be confirmed, however this momentous occasion is expected to take place within the next three months; a further announcement will be made as the final date becomes clear.
